not allergy friendly

Disappointed as have eaten here before. Called to order and asked if they could cater for fish allergy. Said yes, placed order and drove to pick up only to be told they can’t cater for fish as use pots for all dishes. Pretty poor.

This is our third time here the food is above average for western Chinese but the service is so poor. We had to wait 20 mins for a drink order and then food longer . All because they put more in Uber eats take away and other home delivery company’s and for the restaurant customers are left feeling second class .

Ordered off Menu Log, 10 minutes after delivery was due the young delivery driver was given the task to phone us and inform us that they had run out of BBQ pork, come on it’s a Chinese restaurant and why wait until 10 min after it was due when the order was placed 45 mons earlier. Managed to speak to management as it wasn’t the driver responsibility…… No excuse or apologies!Poor drills and customer service 👎🏻

10/19/2023 – Janice Bates Love Susie and Hubby. I’ve eaten there numerous times, always was happy with the quality, taste, and amount of food for the price.,never left hungry or disappointed. Best restraunt in town.

11/21/2023 – The Penny Family My husband and I have been going to Kim Bowl for over 20 years. In the recent past my husband wanted to try some of the other Chinese Restaurant’s. We tried a few, including one just outside of town. I was not impressed. Not that they were bad but, they just were not as good as Kim Bowl’s food (their customer service was also lacking). The food we get is consistently good and we periodically try new things on the menu. The customer service is great, especially Alice who is vey professional and sweet.
